1. Fulfillment Model
CorpoKart utilizes a robust managed marketplace model. Goods are dispatched either directly from our verified manufacturing Vendors or from CorpoKart fulfillment centers via premium third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
2. Estimated Timelines
Shipping and delivery timelines vary based on the nature of the order:
- Sample Orders: Typically dispatched within 3-5 business days.
- Bulk Custom Orders: Production and dispatch timelines depend on order volume and customization complexity. Standard timelines are explicitly stated in your approved Quotation (e.g., 14-21 days post-artwork approval).
Note: Timelines are estimates. CorpoKart is not liable for delays caused by carrier disruptions, Force Majeure events, or delays in artwork approval by the Buyer.
3. Multi-Point Delivery
We specialize in complex corporate logistics, offering delivery to multiple corporate branches or direct-to-employee home addresses PAN India. Additional shipping charges and logistics coordination fees apply for multi-point delivery and will be clearly outlined in your Quotation.
4. Shipping Charges & Taxes
Shipping charges are calculated based on volumetric weight, delivery pin codes, and the required dispatch speed. All shipping charges and applicable GST will be clearly itemized on your RFQ Quotation and final invoice.
5. Transit Risk & Liability
Risk of loss passes to the Buyer upon delivery to the specified address. If goods arrive damaged in transit, the issue must be reported within [DEFECT_REPORTING_WINDOW_PLACEHOLDER] along with photographic evidence, as outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, so we may raise a claim with our logistics partners.
